Terms of Service

PakBid is a pay-to-rank leaderboard platform where businesses across Pakistan bid to be featured at the top of their city and category listing. By using PakBid, you agree to the following:

Bidding: Bids are placed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum starting bid is Rs 50. To overtake another listing’s rank, a bid must exceed it by at least Rs 100, except when raising your own existing listing, where only the difference between your new and previous bid applies. Once a bid is placed and confirmed, that rank is held indefinitely until outbid by another business — see our Rules page for full mechanics.

Listings: You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including your business name, description, category, city, and WhatsApp contact number. PakBid reserves the right to remove, reject, or edit any listing that is fraudulent, misleading, offensive, or violates applicable Pakistani law, without obligation to refund the associated bid.

Payments: Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway partner. PakBid does not store your card or mobile wallet credentials directly.

Limitation of liability: PakBid provides this platform on an as-is basis and does not guarantee any specific volume of traffic, leads, or business outcomes resulting from a listing’s rank or position.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
